Note: If your space needs subfloor repairs/levelling, we’ll flag this before booking a date.

Installation pricing (simple and transparent)

Your installation price is based on:

• Your total area in square metres

• Your location zone (call-out fee)

Because our tiles are 1 tile = 1 sqm, your sqm is simply the number of tiles in your basket.

The formula

Call out fee (informed by postcode) + £12.50 per sqm. 

Minimum charge

• Minimum installation charge: £250 (covers smaller jobs and ensures we can deliver the job properly)

Call-out fees (by zone)

• Zone A (core area): £100 call-out

• Zone B (extended area): £200 call-out

• Zone C (outside area): installation not currently available

Example prices

• 10 sqm (10 tiles), Zone A: max(£250, £100 + £125) = £250

• 20 sqm (20 tiles), Zone A: £100 + £250 = £350

• 20 sqm (20 tiles), Zone B: £200 + £250 = £450

• 40 sqm (40 tiles), Zone A: £100 + £500 = £600

Do you install nationwide?

Not currently. We install within roughly 2 hours of Bristol. If you’re outside our area, we’ll still happily supply tiles and can often recommend an installer.

How do you decide if I’m in the service area?

We use postcode zones rather than live drive-time. Enter your postcode in the basket and we’ll confirm availability.

Is the installation price shown before I pay?

Yes. If installation is available for your postcode, you’ll see the calculated price in your basket before checkout.

What if I change my tile quantity?

Your installation price updates based on your basket (because 1 tile = 1 sqm).

How soon can you install?

It varies by workload and location, but we’ll contact you within 1 business day after purchase to confirm the soonest available dates.

Do you remove old flooring?

If you need uplift/removal, tell us when we contact you. This may require a separate quote.

Can you install in sheds, outbuildings, and commercial units?

Yes — as long as the space is suitable and within our service area.
