Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below.
  1. Change of mind (Consumer returns)
    If you’re a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the “cooling-off period”).
To cancel, email us at garagegymflooring@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  1. Return conditions
    To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • unused and in the same condition you received them
  • in the original packaging
  • complete (including any accessories or documentation supplied)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been installed, cut, permanently marked, or used.
  1. Return shipping costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a tracked/insured service. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
  1. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval and process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing: refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or within 14 days of you providing evidence you’ve sent them back, whichever is sooner).
What we refund:
  • The price paid for the returned items
  • Standard outbound delivery costs (where applicable under UK consumer law)
What we may deduct:
  • Any enhanced delivery upgrade you selected (e.g., express delivery) above the cost of standard delivery
  • A reduction in refund if the goods have been handled beyond what’s necessary to inspect them
  1. Faulty or incorrect items
    If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we’ve sent the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
  2. Exclusions
    Returns may not be accepted for:
  • made-to-order, custom-cut, or personalised items (where applicable)
  • items that have been installed or used
